Today we met our playgoup at the park and the boys had an extra fun time. They ran and played on the slides, fed ducks bread, watched a really "long" train go by, played in the sandbox, had fun on the log cabin fort, did some swings and then topped it off with a picnic lunch.
Today I felt proud as a mom when another mom at the park came up to me and asked me how old my boys were. I told her and her response was "they are so well behaved and have such good manners." It has put a permanent smile on my face today. Parenting is hard work and hard to tell when you are on the right track and at least for today I felt like I am.
